REINFORCE AND CONNECT ABSORPTION CAPACITY IN COMPANIES FOR NEW RESEARCH AND INNOVATION SOLUTION, THROUGH THE PROCESS OF EMPOWEREMENT OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT MODELS AND TOOLS BASED ON IDENTIFIED GAP –
EmpowerHR4Inno
EmpowerH4Inno is a project implemented as part of the call for the IPA grant scheme "Scientific potential in the service of innovation", financed by the Ministry of Science and Technological Development of Montenegro in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the EU Delegation. The project is based on the key support of research and innovation activities of companies and aims to find priorities and support a European initiative that emphasizes a new model of economic development at the national and regional level.
The overall goal of the project is to increase awareness of the importance of the absorption capacity of companies in the process of implementing innovation and new technology, to implement efficient digital tools for data processing and connecting among academic and research area and their innovative solution and companies supported by open science principles; and test innovative solutions for the reinforcement of the absorption capacity applicable human resource, by applying the (HRM) model and tools in selected Montenegrin companies.
The main goal is to develop an efficient model and tools for human resource management encouraged with digital tools for strengthening the absorption capacities of companies for innovation, new technologies and knowledge.
EmpowerHR4Inno project aims to set up the strong ecosystem, companies – academic – young researches – experts from companies having multidisciplinary approach, that aims at bringing the relevant parties together.
The project activities include collaborations between academic and research community, the industry by sharing all knowledge, expertise, patents which will ultimately lead towards effective dissemination of new knowledge, efficient proposals for the action and improvement governance and treatment of human resource, rationalization of useful existing innovation solutions, knowledge (based on the open science principle) and cooperation among mentioned stakeholders with the final impact on improving competitiveness a innovativeness of companies
The project is coordinated by the Faculty of International Economics, Finance and Business, University of Donja Gorica, and the partners are the Mihailo Pupin Institute from Belgrade and the Universidad de Catolica Portugesa (UCP) from Portugal.
