UDG Students visit Shkoder SMART Business Hub in Albania
Students of the University of Donja Gorica visited the SMART Business Hub in Shkodër, Albania atUniversity “Luigj Gurakuqi” Shkoder as part of the Erasmus+ project SMART Innovation Centers for the Development of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Thinking, aimed at facilitating the development of sustainable smart solutions in the Western Balkans.
The two-day mini program included a combination of presentations on the plan, activities, and Smart Specialization Strategy of Albania, a visit to the Municipality of Shkodër to discuss development projects for the smart city, and contributions to innovative solutions in the Northern Region of Albania. Additionally, students had the opportunity to visit one of the most successful companies, GSM Equity. During the two days, a presentation of innovative methods using smart solutions was conducted, and the visit was enriched with cultural activities and social networking opportunities to enhance collaboration and engagement between the SMART Business Hub in Shkodër and the SMART Innovation Center UDG - Entrepreneurial Nest.
The activity was organized within the framework of Work Package 5 and the mini-visit activities for students from partner institutions."
