UDG academic and administrative staff at International Staff Week at numerous European university
According to the long-term and successful cooperation that the University of Donja Gorica has with European universities through Erasmus+ program: International Credit Mobility (ICM), about 60 associates and professors from University of Donja Gorica had the opportunity to participate in the International Staff Week at numerous universities during the academic 2023/24 year, and these are only some of them:

During the exchange program, the participants had the opportunity to see various faculty departments of universities, converse with academic and administrative staff and present UDG through the carried out activities. Our colleagues participated in numerous workshops related to Erasmus programs, sustainable development programs, the significance of the internalization of higher education and the impact of AI on higher education. In addition, new opportunities and ideas for future project proposals were created.
Within the exchange for academic staff, professors and associates held lectures for students from various areas. Also, the certain number of cultural contents were organized at every event and in that way the participants had the chance to get acquainted with the cultural heritage of the countries they visited. Representatives of numerous higher education institutions around the world participated in the International Staff Week, which resulted in new agreements and opportunities.
The carried out activities were aimed at the establishment of effective practices and improvement of already existing collaborations, as well as at the continuous practice of UDG to encourage and contribute to the professional and personal development of academic and administrative staff.
International Staff Weeks enabled representatives from various universities to exchange knowledge, experience and ideas and by which new opportunities were created for innovative approaches in education and opportunities for further development, improvement of quality of education at UDG, as well as for building a global network of academic partnerships that will contribute to the internalization and increase competitiveness competitiveness of UDG.
