Rector of UDG at 14th Annual Conference of the Baltic Management Development Association, Minsk
Rector of University of Donja Gorica, professor Veselin Vukotic participated at the 14th Annual Conference of the Baltic Management Development Association in Minsk. The general topic of this year’s conference was Contemporary Technologies for Success in Fast Changing Environment. Professor Veselin Vukotic presented UDG education model S=Z ∙ i2, as one of potential answer to challenges of contemporary era, which shows excellent results. Starting from the fact that we are living in extremely rapid changing environment, where the speed of decisions and their implementation is becoming faster, more demanding and extremely complex. The unpredictability of those decisions is higher.
The topic discussed at the Conference was what kind of technologies do we need in order to increase the speed and the quality of the changes in our organization. The uniqueness of the Conference is that during 3 days of activities very different groups of stakeholders – academic, business, and consulting communities interact, share ideas, and learn from each other.
The first day of the Conference was dedicated to Academic Solutions and Insights to the issue. During “Academic Solutions and Insights” day, the international and local representatives of academic community presented their research insight to the topic of the Conference.
