Papers are invited from all areas of social sciences. The deadline for LATE submissions of abstracts of no longer than 400 words is now March 15, 2017 and should be sent to: mecasconference2017@udg.edu.me. Authors of accepted papers will be notified by the selection committee by March 20, 2017, the latest. All abstracts will be reviewed by the selection panel. All papers selected for presentation will be considered for conference proceedings and Inquiry Journal. Deadline for full paper submission is April 30, 2017. Full papers submitted after this date will not be published in the printed version of proceedings. These papers will only be available in the electronic version of coference proceedings which will be available after the conference.
Same authors cannot submit more than two papers. However, with different author combinations, maximum of three papers can be accepted for the conference.

In case a combination of authors with different title writing the paper, the registration fee will be based on the highest titled author, not based on the title of the presenting author. For cases not listed above, the Organization Committee makes the decision for the final amount of registration fee.
Conference participants are responsible for their own expenses. The registration fee is collected as the contribution of each participant to the common expenses of the organization and includes all coffee breaks, conference materials including the proceedings book as well as the abstracts book. It does not include travel and accommodation expenses. All conference participants have to register for the conference. Please note that paper submission is not regarded as a registration.
